Hi jason,

You can put all theme files into wp-content/themes folder. Now login into wp-admin , select appearance and select your theme & activate it.

How do I upload files to wordpress? I have a blog and would like to upgrade the theme. I have saved the upgraded theme file to my computer, but I don't know how to upload it to the theme file in wordpress.
